Clear Cache in Internet Explorer 8 & 9

Follow these steps below to clear the cache in Internet Explorer 8 & 9:

1. Click Tools - Internet Options.
2. Select General Tab.
3. Click the Settings button under Browsing History.
4. Set Check for newer versions of stored pages to "Every time I visit the webpage."
5. Click OK.
6. Click OK again.
7. Select Safety or Tools, Internet Options, General Tab from the browser menu.
8. If you selected Safety, click Delete Browsing History. If you selected Tools, Internet Options, General Tab, click Delete...
9. Check all checkboxes EXCEPT ensure that the checkbox for "Preserve Favorites website data" is UNCHECKED.
10. Click Delete.
11. Close all browser windows and reopen your browser.

1. Click Tools - Internet Options.
2. Select General Tab.
3. Click the Settings button under Temporary Internet Files grouping.
4. Set Check for newer versions of stored pages to - Every Visit to the page.
   More Details: Set Caching to Every Visit to the page.
5. Click Ok.
6. Delete all cookies by clicking Delete Cookies button in Temporary Internet Files grouping and clicking Ok.
7. Delete all offline content by Clicking Delete Files Button under Temporary Internet Files grouping and Check ON checkbox for Delete all offline content and click Ok
8. Clear History by clicking the Clear History button under the History grouping.
9. Click Yes to the Are you sure? question.
10. Click Ok

Follow these steps below to empty the cache in Firefox:

1. Open Firefox browser.
2. From the menu at the top click on Tools and then select Clear Recent History.
3. Make sure all checkboxes are checked (click the drop-down list by Details).
4. For the Time range to clear, select Everything from the drop-down list.
5. Click Clear Now.
