1) General Browser Errors and Issues:
Please check the ISAPPS Browser Configuration Tutorial for JMU web-based information systems
2) Login Issues:Users who can login to the JMU Accounts portal and email but not MyMadison Employee tab.
Please check the system time setting on your machine in task bar. The cookies that are set on the MyMadison Employee tab server require time synchronization. At JMU you can use the time on your JMU D-Term phone. Other times to compare are: Timeanddate or U.S. Time.
3) Problems seeing pages in MyMadison Employee tab - Popup Blockers:
Certain functions within MyMadison Employee tab utilize popup windows. If you experience issues with functionality, please disable any popup blocking utilities you are using or allow mymadison.jmu.edu to use popups.
4) Mac users:
Please check the Browser Configuration Tutorial for further information on Safari browser settings. Safari is the only JMU supported browser for Macs
5) Grid download functionality:
If you are experiencing issues with the grid download functionality disable any popup blocking utilities you are using or allow mymadison.jmu.edu.jmu.edu to use popups. In addition, please click here to refer back to the Security Tab Settings section on the Browser Configuration Tutorial.
