J-Ess Self-Service Tips / FAQ's

Some questions / tips for J-Ess:

1) General Browser Errors and Issues:
Please check the ISAPPS Browser Configuration Tutorial for JMU web-based information systems
at: http://isapps.jmu.edu/tutorials/browser

2) Login Issues:Users who can login to the JMU Accounts portal and Webmail but not J-Ess.
Please check the system time setting on your machine in task bar. The cookies that are set on the J-Ess server require time synchronization. At JMU you can use the time on your JMU D-Term phone. Other times to compare are: Timeanddate or U.S. Time.
