1) What do I do if I want a pending leave transaction to remain pending? In the drop down list where you have the option to choose Approve or Deny youíll find a blank space. If you choose the blank space (or leave the blank space as-is if itís already selected) this will keep the leave request in a pending state.

2) What do I do if an employee entered a leave request that is incorrect? Leave the request in a pending state and ask the employee to log into MyMadison and change it. Or, deny the request and ask the employee to reenter it correctly.
